That's all Folks, See ya next year!
Metallica will not be touring any time soon. They will be taking the rest of 2000 to concentrate on the next album (scheduled to be out sometime 2001). At the Monday January 10th 2000 Target Center Minneapolis, Minnesota show
Lars had this to say: "This is our last show on this tour and the last for 2000. We will be back in 2001 with a new album and tour".
Matching Set of Five?
Metallica's "Whiskey in the Jar" has been nominated Best Hard Rock Performance for this year's Grammy Award. Metallica has won this category four times (the first being in 1989 and the last in 1997). The show will be aired February 23, 2000 on CBS in the States (check your local listing for world wide viewing).
